The following churches have announced dates for vacation Bible schools”

East Butler Presbyterian Church, Ninth and Randolph streets, will have vacation Bible school from 6 to 7 p.m. July 16-20 for children in nursery school through sixth grade. The theme is “People Who Trusted God.”

There will be Bible stories, music, crafts and snacks. For more information, contact the Rev. Mary at 412-266-0930.

St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 310 W. Main St., Saxonburg, will have “Polar Blast: Where Jesus’ Love is Cool” vacation Bible school from 6 to 8 p.m. July 23-26 at Centennial Hall directly behind the church.

The event is free and open to children from ages one to those entering sixth grad in the fall.
