Truck driver injured in wreck near tracks truck crash near
BRADY TWP — A man was injured in a one-vehicle accident Sunday afternoon.
Emergency crews responded to the scene of a car over a hillside around 1:35 p.m. along Hallston Road in Brady Township.
The man, who was driving a Dodge pickup truck, suffered moderate injuries, said Ryan Hanchosky, Slippery Rock assistant fire chief.
He was transported to Allegheny General Hospital by Slippery Rock Ambulance.
The truck came to a stop near train tracks that cross Hallston Road. As a precaution, the fire department asked the railroad to hold any trains headed to the area for about an hour, Hanchosky said.
State police investigated the accident. More information was not immediately available.
