Local businesses will give back to their customers and community during “Ladies Night Out,” an adults-only event set for 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at R.W. McDonald & Sons, 1667 N. Main St. Ext.

Working with the Butler Eagle, R.W. McDonald & Sons “will provide food, fun, friends, fabric and much more,” said a news release.

Women who attend the event can expect to enjoy food and beverages while shopping local independent vendors, who will be set up under one roof.

Cooking and home design professionals will offer demonstrations, and various clothing, kitchen and beauty vendors will be set up to sell.

Food trucks will fill the parking lot and basket raffle proceeds will be donated to The Arc of Butler County.

“My goal is to show our appreciation to the community for their continued support as loyal customers throughout the years,” said Lee McDonald, owner of R.W. McDonald.

“(We are) not looking to profit from this event. Instead, this is an opportunity to say thank you in a major way.”

Swag bags will be offered to the first 200 women who register for the event.
