SRU's Dawson Pitcher of Week
SLIPPERY ROCK — Slippery Rock University softball player Brooke Dawson has been selected PSAC West Pitcher of the Week.
Dawson received the honor for the fifth time in her career and second time this season.
She was 1-0 with a 0.46 earned run average in 15.1 innings covering four appearances last week. That included a complete-game five-hit shutout against California (Pa.).
