City spent $40K on flood
The City of Butler spent nearly $40,000 on emergency relief and disaster cleanup efforts following the flooding of the West End section of Butler on July 5, said Councilman Michael Walter.
Speaking at Tuesday evening’s council meeting, Walter commended all the churches, emergency relief organizations and community volunteers who helped with relief and cleanup following the flood.
