Cochran building dealership
The #1 Cochran Subaru Dealership of Butler County may be moving to a new location. A Monroeville-based company, #1 Cochran has been building a new dealership and repair facility at 861 Evans City Road, along Route 68, according to the building permit issued by Connoquenessing Township. The work is estimated to cost more than $4 million on a 28,378-square-foot complex.
