Bridge replacement
Construction vehicles are in place at the McCalmont Road Bridge spanning Connoquenessing Creek in Butler Township. The bridge is being replaced as part of the state's Rapid Bridge Replacement Project. Work began on Monday and is expected to be completed by mid-April. A detour using Meridian Road, Renfrew Road and Route 8 will be used during the closure.
