CENTER TWP — A township man fell 15 feet from a tree stand Saturday.

Chief Nathan Wulff of the Unionville Volunteer Fire Company said the man, whose name was unavailable, was able to call for assistance at 12:16 p.m. from a wooded area near 148 E. Brewster Road.

Wulff said the man was groggy, so there was a suspected head injury. The man also had a hip injury.

Butler Ambulance Service transported the man from to a medical helicopter, which flew him to an unspecified hospital.
