Mary and Walter Wimer Jr.

Walter and Mary Wimer Jr. of Butler celebrated 25 years of marriage with a trip to Hershey and Bethlehem.

The Wimers married on Nov. 23, 1991, at First English Lutheran Church in Butler.

They have four children, Walter Wimer III of Cranberry Township, Susan Borne of Findleyville, Bruce Collins of Atlanta and Vickie Romanovich of Slippery Rock.

They also have seven grandchildren.

Wimer retired from Castle Rubber Co.

He is a member of Beer Can Collectors of America and the Road Map Collectors of America and is a writer for “Area Auto Racing News.”

Mrs. Wimer was a teacher in the Butler School District and is retired.

She is a member of Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees.

The Wimers are members of First English Lutheran Church.
