Adelee Smith

Adelee Smith of Sarver celebrated her 85th birthday with a family dinner at the J-Barn Country Inn in Sarver.

The former Adelee Stepp was born Oct. 7, 1931, in Sarver. She married Glenn Smith Aug. 4, 1951, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Freeport.

She has seven children, Richard Smith of Sarver, Larry Smith of Sarver, David Smith of West Virginia, Marcia Wetzel of Saxonburg, Jeanne Born of Sarver, Sheryl Johnston of Freeport and LuAnn Smith of Butler.

She also has 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Smith retired from Risch’s Supermarket.

She is a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and participates in the monthly luncheon for the Class of 1950.
