This 2.5-ton truck, similar to those used by the military, was parked in the Buffalo Plaza off Route 356 in Buffalo Township on Monday night as a collection point for items to be sent to military units. The truck was brought by owners Jerry Garforth and his wife, Amanda, of Buffalo Township. The collected items are for the nonprofit agency Military Connections. Garforth said a quarter of the truck was filled with donations and the parking lot was full.
