Glenn and Adelee Smith

Glenn and Adelee Smith of Sarver celebrated 65 years of marriage with a picnic at the Happy Hunters Sportsman’s Club in Fenelton.

Smith married the former Adelee Stepp on Aug. 4, 1951, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Freeport.

They have seven children, Richard Smith of Sarver, Larry Smith of Sarver, David Smith of West Virginia, Marcia Wetzel of Saxonburg, Jeanne Born of Sarver, Sheryl Johnston of Freeport and LuAnn Smith of Butler.

They also have 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Smith retired from Oberg Industries.

Mrs. Smith retired from Risch’s Bakery.

The Smiths are members of Trinity Lutheran Church.

They participate in the monthly luncheon for the Class of 1950.
