Anna Marie and Donald 'Ed' Knoll

Donald “Ed” and Anna Marie Knoll of Chicora are celebrating their 50th anniversary with a family dinner and a trip to Niagara Falls, N.Y.

Knoll married the former Anna Marie Boguslawski June 11, 1966, at St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Church in Cadogan.

They have two children, Diane (Bill) Turner of Nashville, Tenn., and Carolyn (Greg) Bowers of Seven Fields.

They also have four grandchildren.

Knoll retired after 37 years of service from Witco Inc. in Petrolia.

Mrs. Knoll retired from Servistar and also retired as the manager of Chicora Senior Center.

The Knolls are members of Mater Dolorosa Roman Catholic Church in Chicora.

They are also members of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul food bank in Butler.
