Alameda Waterpark opens June 4

It will stay open until Aug. 4

BUTLER TWP — The Alameda Waterpark will open June 4, weather permitting.

The water park, operated by the Butler County Parks and Recreation Department, will open at noon, remaining open until Aug. 21.

The park will be open for public swimming every day from noon to 7 p.m., also weather permitting. The water park can close early or open late due to special events.

If bad weather closes the park, no refunds will be issued, according to the parks department.

Memberships are available at the park office from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday to Friday. A single membership costs $80, but individuals 62 years old and up have a discounted price of $75.

Family memberships start at $110 for two people with membership options ranging to families of five or more people at $195.
