Jeep registration still open

Jeep owners who want to bring their Jeep and participate in activities for the 2016 Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival can register online until Sunday, festival organizers said Monday.

After that, limited on-site registration at Cooper’s Lake Campground will be at the festival on June 10, 11 and 12, starting at 8 a.m. those days, organizers said. Visitors can buy spectator tickets at the gate for $10 for adults and $3 for children ages three to 12.

The festival will feature a Jeep Invasion in Butler from 6 to 10 p.m. June 10 and activities at the campground on all three days.

One of the premier Jeep-only events in the country, it will welcome more than 2,000 Jeep owners from across the country. The event is sponsored by Peoples natural gas.

To register, visit www.BantamJeepFestival.com or call 724-256-4050.
