Velma Blain of Butler celebrated her 95th birthday with a family dinner at the J Barn in Sarver.
The former Velma Kiser was born Feb. 17, 1921, in Butler County. She married the late Arthur Blain.
She has three children, Marilyn Herold, Dale Blain and Larry Blain, all of Butler.
She also has seven grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
