Butler Downtown is again hosting a family friendly promotion in conjunction with Easter.

On March 19, children 2 to 10 years old and their families will stroll down Main Street stopping in stores on the Butler Bunny Trail 2016.

Starting at The Art Center, 344 S. Main St., children will complete an Easter art project and receive a free drawstring bag before heading down Main Street to collect Easter treats at participating businesses marked with signs as Bunny Trail Stops.

The trail ends at the Butler Public Library, where families will have story time, refreshments and a chance to meet the Easter Bunny.

There is a $5 registration donation per child. Registration is available on the Butler Downtown website at butlerdowntown.org, “Our Store.”

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Starting times will be staggered throughout the morning beginning at 10 a.m. and ending at 12:30 p.m.
