Butler student, 15, accused of selling drugs at school
BUTLER TWP — A 15-year-old student is accused of selling drugs at the Butler Intermediate High School.
The young suspect, who police did not identify, allegedly sold prescription medication to a 14-year-old student for $10 shortly after 8:30 a.m. Friday, authorities said.
The older student is charged with delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies, and possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
The 14-year-old old is charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
Both students are charged in Butler County juvenile court.
