YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Alex Bark, Victoria DeRiggi and Jackie Mortimer, all from Cranberry Township, are among the members of Youngstown State University’s Wind Ensemble, which will perform in Carnegie Hall in November.

In the ensemble, Bark plays clarinet and bass clarinet, DeRiggi plays horn and Mortimer plays clarinet and bass clarinet.

The three students are instrumental music education majors at YSU.

“We are honored and excited to be able to once again showcase the YSU Wind Ensemble in one of the world’s most acclaimed concert sites,” said Stephen Gage, professor of music and director of bands and orchestra at YSU’s Dana School of Music.
