ZELIENOPLE — Residents of the state’s 14th Legislative District are invited to a seminar on Pennsylvania’s concealed-carry gun laws and Castle Doctrine in October.

State Rep. Jim Marshall, R-14, will host the event from 10 a.m. to noon Oct. 3 at the Harmony Moose Lodge at 270 Mercer Road.

Presenters will include Butler County District Attorney Richard Goldinger and county Sheriff Mike Slupe. A question-and-answer period is planned.
