BUTLER TWP — VA Butler Healthcare will offer two flu vaccination clinics to veterans this fall at the main campus and another Butler County location.

• On Sept. 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., a clinic will be at the American Legion Post 778, 150 Legion Memorial Lane, Lyndora.

• On Sept. 19 from 8 a.m. to noon, a clinic will be at VA Butler Healthcare, Primary Care Clinic, 325 New Castle Road, Butler Township.

Veterans not enrolled for VA care may receive their flu shot if they bring a copy of their DD214 form. They may also receive their flu vaccine from their VA provider.
