CRANBERRY TWP — The Cranberry Township Lions Club will host a family “Hoop Shoot” March 21 in the Cranberry Township Municipal Center gymnasium.

The event runs from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

For a donation of $5 per person, or $20 for an entire family, participants may enter the foul-shooting competition.

The event serves as a fund-raiser for the VIP Sports Camp for visually impaired children and teens, organized by Slippery Rock University.

Junior golf classes

The Perfect Swing Junior Golf Program will begin classes Saturday. Children ages 7-17 are welcome.
