Margo V. Barr, 39, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of theft and access device fraud, filed Oct. 15.

Thomas L. Bell, 25, of Foxburg, Clarion County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 16.

Uriah A. Bish, 22, of Petrolia waived to court charges of burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and trespass, filed Oct. 31.

Travis R. Duttinee, 21, of East Brady, Clarion County, waived to court charges of forgery and theft, filed Oct. 27.

Christensen, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of selling a noncontrolled substance, intending to possess a controlled substance and public drunkenness, filed July 19.Lucinda Jo Fleisher, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, disregarding traffic lanes, failing to keep right, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 14.Thomas J. McFeaters, 52, of Grove City pleaded guilty to a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities, filed May 7. McFeaters was ordered to pay $488.50 in fines and court costs.Brian J.
