SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Richard J. Brown, 34, of Natrona, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of theft, trespass and criminal mischief, filed Aug. 18 by Buffalo Township police.

Levi J. Crisman, 24, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Oct. 20 by state police.

Gary Lee Davis, 59, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Oct. 14 by state police.

Carmen D. Fusca, 52, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed April 29. Fusca was ordered to pay $471.50 in fines and court costs.

Michael R. Hall, 28, of Russelton, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of theft, forgery and access device fraud, filed Oct. 29 by Middlesex Township police.

Jacob A. Mathias, 19, of Glenshaw, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and speeding, filed June 30 by state police

Michelle D. Mato, 48, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 6 by state police. Mato was ordered to pay $1,221.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Louis E. Nesbitt, 31, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Aug. 1 by state police.

Bradley J. Newcamp, 28, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft from a vehicle and criminal mischief, filed Sept. 16 by state police.

Dale C. Schroder, 51, of Valencia waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 22 by Middlesex Township police.

Ashley Stephenson, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception, filed Sept. 17 by Buffalo Township police.

Joshua J. Stewart, 26, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Oct. 14 by state police.

Cartwright, 34, of Chicora waived to court charges of attempted acquisition of a controlled substance by fraud, identity theft and attempted possession of a controlled substance, filed Sept. 17.Matthew J. Cline, 30, of Butler was held for court on charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, terroristic threats and harassment, filed Sept. 25. In an unrelated case filed Sept. 9, Cline waived a charge of retail theft.Jacob A. Martinez, 35, of Lyndora waived to court charges of simple assault, reckless endangerment, harassment and public drunkenness, filed Oct. 20.James A. McCollough, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a lighting violation, filed Sept. 22.Sean D. McJunkin, 37, of Butler was held for court on charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness, filed Sept. 29.Frank R. Monpere Jr., 32, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 29. Monpere was ordered to pay $471.50 in fines and court costs.Eric M. O'Donnell, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and criminal trespass, filed Oct. 26.June E. Rearick, 45, of Petrolia waived to court charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness, filed Oct. 8.Angela Lee Schlagel, 37, of Butler was held for court on charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and driving with a suspended license, filed Oct. 2.Thomas W. Seman Jr., 41, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Sept. 17. Seman was ordered to pay $683.50 in fines and court costs.Jeremy D. Taylor, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving a vehicle without valid inspection and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed Sept. 9.Matthew R. Tolley, 28, of Portersville waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and illegally parking within 30 feet of a traffic light, filed Sept. 22.Jouline L. Walker, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and criminal trespass, filed Oct. 26.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Rachel C. Baylock, 36, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance, careless driving and a lighting violation, filed Sept. 16.Logan P. Defelice, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol, DUI by a minor, resisting arrest, underage drinking, improperly stopping a vehicle, failing to keep right and careless driving, filed Sept. 4.Johnathan W. Rearick, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 27.
