District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:
Jennifer Lee Colarossi, 30, of Ellwood City waived her case to court. Police on July 2 charged her with conspiracy, forgery, access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
William Derrick, 33, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 13 charged him with simple assault.
Connor M. Karran, 18, of Wexford waived his case to court. Police on July 18 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Jonathan Richard Wilkie, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on July 6 charged him with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.
Jennifer Lee Brown, 33, of Rochester waived her case to court. Police on Aug. 11 charged her with retail theft.
Ivan Tycho Swart, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on July 22 charged him with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Connor Thomas Whalen, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on July 22 charged him with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jonna Swisher, 34, of Canonsburg waived her case to court. Police on Aug. 11 charged her with retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Elijah Christian Peterson, 22, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on June 19 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving a vehicle without valid inspection.
Nancy Amanda Fields, 33, of Beaver Falls waived her case to court. Police on May 30 charged her with corruption of minors, criminal use of a communication facility, indecent exposure and indecent assault.
Robert Theodore Plum, 28, of Beaver Falls waived his case to court. Police on June 10 charged him with retail theft, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license.
Chelsea Lynn Arganda, 22, of Ambridge waived her case to court. Police on July 15 charged her with conspiracy, theft by deception, retail theft and receiving stolen property.
Lawrence Richard Sadowski, 30, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Police on June 6 charged him with driving under the influence and careless driving.
Frank Sarver, 51, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on May 21 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.
