Corey M. Arlotta, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed June 23 by state police.
Patrick C. Boulanger, 35, of Cabot waived to court charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving with a suspended license, filed June 25 by state police.
Jonathan T. Fleske, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed June 23 by state police.
Scott S. Freehling, 34, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment, filed July 22 by state police.
Smith W. Geary Jr., 67, of Evans City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and a lighting violation, filed June 11 by state police.
Seth B. Jelic, 34, of Seven Fields waived to court two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude police, 21 counts of reckless endangerment and charges of receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license driving without insurance and without valid inspection, driving an unregistered vehicle, fraudulent use of a license plate, driving at an unsafe speed, reckless driving, failing to properly pull over for an emergency vehicle and running a red light, filed June 22 by Penn Township police.
Jelic, in an unrelated case filed June 5 by Middlesex Township police, pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment. He was ordered to pay $209.50 in fines and court costs.
Emanuel Klimantis, 50, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of harassment and driving with a suspended license, filed July 21 by Penn Township police. Klimantis was ordered to pay $602.50 in fines and court costs.
Gretchen E. MacDonnell, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed July 17 by Middlesex Township police.
Gina M. Murdoch, 40, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed June 27 by Penn Township police. Murdoch was ordered to pay $759.50 in fines and court costs.
Nicholas Rodgers, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed June 5 by Middlesex Township police.
Elliott A. Townsend, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and a lane violation, filed June 16 by state police.
Christa J. Wilson, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of harassment, filed July 21 by Penn Township police.
Michael S. Zourellas Jr., 27, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed June 18 by state police. Zourellas was ordered to pay $259.50 in fines and court costs.
