BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Eric E. Angerett, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of tampering with evidence and hindering apprehension or prosecution, filed May 13 by township police.

Philip E. Benson, 44, of Portersville waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license-DUI related, filed April 17 by state police.

Jarred P. Brown, 26, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle and careless driving, filed May 19 by state police.

Dewayne A. Cousins, 50, of Lyndora waived to court two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer and charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed June 29 by township police.

Kristi N. Cross, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and driving a vehicle without valid inspection, filed March 17 by township police.

Derek E. Harnish, 23, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation, careless driving and driving with worn tires, filed May 14 by township police.

Micah D. Hartman, 34, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 2 by township police.

Carly J. Jandla, 39, of Pittsburgh waived to a court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 13 by township police.

Jerad R. Jewart, 27, of Chicora was held for court on charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license-DUI related and driving without a license, filed May 12 by Butler County Community College police.

Robert K. Kelley, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed March 10 by state police.

Anna E. Scott, 46, of Butler waived to a court a charge of bad checks, filed May 12 by township police.

Gary D. Worlds Jr., 18, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed April 21 by township police.

Davidson, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUI by a minor and careless driving, filed June 8.Ricki Lee Double, 30, of Lyndora waived to court two counts each of forgery, access device fraud and theft by deception, and a charge of theft by unlawful taking, filed July 7.Jacob S. Ellenberger, 19, of Chicora waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 7.Bradley J. Fair, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 19.Patrick R. Mohan Jr., 31, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, careless driving, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, driving with an open container of alcohol and failing to carry his vehicle registration, filed June 23.Justin X. Selfridge, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and disorderly conduct, filed May 19.Richard J.
