Gavin Mark Duda, 19, of Monongahela waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 29 by Slippery Rock University police.

Eric Klebanski, 20, of New Eagle waived to court charges of DUI, failing to stop at a stop sign and careless driving, filed March 29 by SRU police.

David Morgan Oesterling, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed March 12 by state police.

Nathan Jon Kawoski, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and consumption, possession or transportation of alcohol by a minor, filed April 5 by Slippery Rock borough police.

Alexandra Kristina McCullough, 18, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of access device fraud issued to another who did not authorize use and access device is unauthorized by issuer, filed May 6 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

Karolyn Jo Lominski, 53, of Hilliards was held for court on charges of DUI, failing to stop at a red light, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Dec. 2 by state police.

Bryan J. Lightner, 31, of Grove City was held for court on charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, driving at safe speed, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Jan. 21 by state police.
