SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Tiffany A. Breaux, 32, of Valencia waived to court charges of theft of services and bad checks, filed May 9 by Middlesex Township police.

Luke P. BreitBarth, 20, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct and a charge of underage drinking, filed April 24 by Middlesex Township police. BreitBarth was ordered to pay $1,106.50 in fines and court costs.

Caitlyn J. Collier, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 24 by Middlesex Township police. Collier was ordered to pay $459.50 in fines and court costs

Dorie-Ann M. Forster, 22, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, a lane violation, not using turn signals, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Feb. 14 by state police.

Virginia A. Frisco, 54, of Cabot waived to court charges of unlawful restraint, simple assault, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed May 12 by state police.

Michael L. Jones, 23, of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, speeding, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed April 1 by state police.

Danielle L. Matis, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, careless driving and a lane violation, field April 29 by state police.

Justin R. McGowan, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, speeding and failing to carry vehicle registration, filed March 24 by state police.

Jarett D. McNeill, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 24 by Middlesex Township police. McNeill was ordered to pay $459.50 in fines and court costs

George L. Montgomery, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed May 18 by Middlesex Township police.

Troy H. Protzman, 20, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed April 24 by Middlesex Township police. Protzman was ordered to pay $783 in fines and court costs

Gary P. Sharer, 61, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of theft by deception and bad checks, filed April 30 by Penn Township police.

Brian A. Stright, 47, of Valencia waived to court charges of theft by deception and bad checks, filed April 30 by Penn Township police.

Ryan C. Welsh, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 24 by Middlesex Township police. Welsh was ordered to pay $459.50 in fines and court costs.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Stephanie L. Barone, 39, of Lyndora was held for court on two counts of bad checks, filed April 16 by township police.James Cress Jr., 27, of Renfrew waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed April 17 by township police.Joseph G. Dahl, 31, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, illegal display of a license plate and a seat belt violation, filed Feb. 4 by state police.Chad W. Finucan, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed April 21 by township police.Finucan, in a separate case filed April 21 by township police, pleaded guilty to charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $771.50 in fines and court costs.Brittney D. Harvey, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed April 17 by township police. Harvey was ordered to pay $609.50 in fines and court costs.Michael D. Huellen, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of felony retail theft and driving with a suspended license, filed April 28 by township police.Randall H. Laughner, 49, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation, making an improper turn, not using turn signals, careless driving and reckless driving, filed April 10 by state police.Phillip A. Lawson, 25, of Butler was held for court on charges of corruption of minors and furnishing alcohol to minors, filed May 5 by Butler County detectives.Sharon S. McGinnis, 42, of Chicora waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed April 30 by township police.Kimberly K. Mosler, 23, of Valencia pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 23 by township police. Mosler was ordered to pay $459 in fines and court costs.Celeste M. Opperman, 32, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 31 by township police.Gerlayn M. Phillips, 31, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed April 14 by township police.Ronald A. Postreich, 67, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed March 12 by township police. Postreich was ordered to pay $420.76 in restitution, fines and court costs.Cyrus V. Smith, 31, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 5 by township police. Smith was ordered to pay $571.50 in fines and court costs.Bobby J. Stewart, 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed May 15 by township police.George S. Stutz Jr., 29, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed March 31 by township police.Joseph B. Torres, 44, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, failing to keep right, failing to yield and disregarding traffic lanes, filed March 17 by township police.Chad N. Walter, 20, of Butler waived to court a charge of corruption of minors, filed April 23 by township police.

Altmire, 44, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 9.Virginia M. Banal, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed May 12.Thomas J. Burns Jr., 39, of Arnold, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of corruption of minors and indecent assault, filed May 28.Ashli M. Dove, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed April 30.Seth T. Gooden-Smith, 18, of Polk, Venango County, waived to court charges of simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed April 21.Brett J. McClinton, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault of a child younger than 16 years old, filed April 10.John T. SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Lewis Stoughton, filling in for District Judge Tim Shaffer, recently heard these cases:Brian W. Frank, 36, of Prospect waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, illegally driving an all-terrain vehicle on a highway, operating an ATV in a careless manner filed April 27 by state police.Markus K. Leu, 19, of Dallas, Luzerne County, was held for court on charges of DUI and driving without rear lights, filed April 26 by Slippery Rock police.Christopher G. Nye, 37, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of child endangerment, corruption of minors indecent exposure and indecent assault, filed Nov. 1 by state police.Christina N. Zarnick, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 15 by state police. Zarnick was ordered to pay $366.50 in fines and court costs.
