George “Spike” and Judy Meehan

George “Spike” and Judy Meehan of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner at the Capital Grille in Pittsburgh. They also are planning a September trip.

Meehan married the former Judy Bowser on June 6, 1964, at First United Methodist Church in Butler.

They have two children, Jim and Rhonda Meehan of Freeport and George and Danielle Meehan of Gibsonia.

The also have five grandchildren.

The Meehans are retired.

They are members of the First United Methodist Church in Butler and enjoy being with family and friends.
