CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:
Lee A. Criley, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failing to notify authorities of a change of address, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed April 11.
Marissa N. Ehrman, 21, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed March 28
Randy L. Halstead Jr., 20, of Hilliards waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUI by a minor, underage drinking, allowing the illegal use of a license plate, driving without insurance, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 2.
Matthew A. Hertzig, 32, of Karns City waived to court charges of illegally attempting to buy a firearm, making a materially false statement and unsworn falsification to authorities, filed March 24.
Hertzig, in a separate case filed April 28, waived a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia to court.
Jonathan R. Krelko, 31, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Feb. 3.
Michael J. Ritzert, 51, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, careless driving, two lighting violations and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 28.
