Melanie Suzanne Kughn, 30, of New Brighton waived her case to court. Police on March 7 charged her with retail theft.

Jamie John Mellish, 34, of East Butler waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 27 charged him with retail theft.

Sara Elizabeth Reiser, 24, of Zelienople waived her case to court. Police on Feb. 26 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Shawn D. Roberts, 34, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on March 24 charged him with simple assault and harassment.

Matthew James Ordean, 31, of New Brighton waived his case to court. Police on Feb. 26 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

Amanda Hope Hepler, 39, of Industry waived her case to court. Police on March 21 charged her with access device fraud.

Shing Mau Yeung, 33, of Flushing, N.Y., waived his case to court. Police on March 26 charged him with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and forgery.

Andrew James Gall, 32, of Butler waived his case to court. Police on Feb. 28 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, trespass by motor vehicle and careless driving.
