SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:

Alan Robert Seybert, 38, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving, filed Oct. 13 by state police.

James McShea, 18, of Oakmont waived to court a charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 3 by SRU police.

Michael Charles Cousins, 49, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI, vehicle turning left, careless driving and failure to use a safety belt, filed Dec. 11 by state police.

Thomas Harry Rodabaugh, 18, of Mill Hall, Pa., waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 25 by SRU police.

Michael Robert Clark, 32, of Grove City was held for court on charges of DUI, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, and accident involving damage to attended vehicle, filed Dec. 14 by Slippery Rock police.

Scott Michael Campbell, 20, of Harrisville waived to court charges of statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault, filed Feb. 17 by Harrisville police.

Timothy Allen Pickard, 30, of Sharon pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception, filed Jan. 2 by state police.

District Judge Lewis StoughtonCHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police.Leroy Steiner, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed May 4.Chad Michael Williams, 29, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, driving without headlights and driving without a seat belt, filed Dec. 5.Johanne Minetti, 44, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Dec. 31.Benjamin Paul Slimick, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Dec. 23.Christine Taylor, 41, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of retail theft, filed March 1.

District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Butler Township police:Erik J. Williams, 35, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft filed Dec. 27.Marquise L. Wise, 25, of New Castle pleaded guilty to possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $971 in a fine and costs. Charges were filed Jan. 21.Dina N. Flint, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to theft by deception and was ordered to pay a fine and costs of $591 on charges filed Jan. 10.Cory L. Elliott, 36, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and careless driving, and was ordered to pay a fine and costs of $886. Charges were filed Jan. 15.Crystal J. Wyatt, 24, of New Castle waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Jan. 18.Cory J. Malis, 54, of Lyndora waived to court charges of retail theft and driving while operating privilege is suspended/revoked, filed Jan. 27.Chad R. Ashcraft, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, fleeing/elude police, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, careless driving, operating a vehicle without an inspection sticker, 6 counts of stop sign/yield sign violation, driving vehicle at unsafe speed, driving on roadways laned for traffic and duty of driver on approach of emergency vehicle, filed Feb. 13.Drew C. Miller, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay a fine and costs of $683. Charge was filed Jan. 21.Michael S. Fulton, 43, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and paid fines and costs of $871. Charge was filed Feb. 3.Stephanie R. Steiger, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 18.Scott L. Moyer, 25, of Slippery Rock, waived to court charges of retail theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.Julie L. Lascuola, 32, of Butler, waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Feb. 10.Lea Ann Myers, 50, of Butler, was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 27.Benjamin S. Eakin, 33, of Pleasantville, Pa., held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 26.
