Linzey G. Bailey, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 3 by township police.
Alicia N. Bures, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, corruption of minors, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and driving without a license, filed by Jan. 31 by township police.
Joseph G. Daye, 41, of Lyndora waived to court charges of theft by deception and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 12 by township police.
Samantha Jo Derose-Wolfe, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Dec. 30 by state police.
Shannon Dunn, 28, of Petrolia pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Nov. 7 by township police. Dunn was ordered to pay $372.54 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Brooke Smith Fair, 20, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 26 by township police.
Janine L. Frobe, 48, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Jan. 9 by state police.
Belinda S. Gall, 38, of Harmony waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 4 by township police. Gall in a separate case filed Jan. 17 by township police waived a charge of trespass and retail theft.
Darren R. Halli, 35, of Zelienople waived to court charges of robbery, retail theft, simple assault and disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 4 by township police.
Martha J. Keefer, 47, of Hilliards pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Nov. 7 by township police. Keefer was ordered to pay $372.54 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Carolyn V. Kobulnicky, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, following too closely to another vehicle, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Jan. 7 by township police.
William E. Peak, 37, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Jan. 7 by township police.
Jeffrey S. Pelkofer Jr., 37, of Portersville was held for court on four counts of failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirement and charges of failing to provide accurate registration information, and driving with a suspended license, filed Jan. 28 by state police.
Kimberly A. Safranek, 25, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 6 by township police.
Kimberly J. Shaffer, 30, of Portersville waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 7 by township police.
Betty Lou Smith, 43, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 26 by township police.
Brian D. Wickwire, 46, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 13 by township police. Wickwire was ordered to pay $241 in fines and court costs.
Taneke Wise, 21, of Butler was held for court on charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 26 by township police.
Sarah A. Yost, 20, of Sarver waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 11 by township police.

Bowers, 23, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and a seat belt violation, filed Nov. 15. In a separate case filed Dec. 24, Bowers waived a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia.Matthew D. Dipner, 30, of New Castle waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 26.Gary O. Montgomery, 45, of Parker waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, failing to give information and render aid after an accident, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, and a seat belt violation, filed Dec. 24.Taylor D.
