District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Mary Frances Omara, 44, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Police on Dec. 22 charged her with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

John Leroy McClure, 32, of Prospect waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 12 charged him with retail theft.

Brandon Montae Wheeler, 18, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on Jan. 7 charged him with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Alexander Nicholas Lugar, 23, of Wexford waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 18 charged him with retail theft.

Shawn Lyle, 36, of McDonald waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 12 charged him with corrupt organizations, conspiracy, organized retail theft and theft by deception.

Cole Littleton, 30, of Joffre waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 12 charged him with corrupt organizations, conspiracy, organized retail theft and theft by deception.

Richard Stankowski, 39, of McDonald waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 12 charged him with corrupt organizations, conspiracy, organized retail theft and theft by deception.

Heather Dillon, 36, of McDonald waived her case to court. Police on Dec. 12 charged her with corrupt organizations, conspiracy, organized retail theft and theft by deception.

Rodney David Shaw, 41, of McDonald waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 12 charged him with corrupt organizations, conspiracy, organized retail theft and theft by deception.

Tomacina J. Walters, 29, of Atlasburg waived her case to court. Police on Dec. 12 charged her with corrupt organizations, conspiracy, organized retail theft and theft by deception.

Adrian W. Miller, 33, of Troy, Ohio, had his case held to court. Police on Oct. 25 charged him with theft of services and writing bad checks.

William Francis Miller, 48, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 13 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Sherry A. Guttilla, 32, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Police on June 26 charged her with theft by unlawful taking.

Joseph B. Traynor, 36, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 1 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Domenic Tedeschi, 48, of Butler waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 6 charged him with theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Sean Patrick Snead, 35, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 4 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Jennifer Lynn Charles, 41, of Mars waived her case to court. Police on Sept. 17 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Matthew Timothy Zusinas, 18, of Oakdale waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 26 charged him with retail theft, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Maureen Roche, 59, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Police on Jan. 13 charged her with recklessly endangering another person.

Andrew Charbonet Metarko, 24, of Harmony waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 30 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and recklessly endangering another person.

Daniel Maurer, 47, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 4 charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia.

April L. Opperman, 41, of Zelienople waived her case to court. The state police on Feb. 4 charged her with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Amanda Jamie Everett, 23, of Valencia waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on Dec. 5 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Bryan Lee Conner, 26, of West Sunbury had his case held to court. Callery police on Dec. 20 charged him with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Justin Lee Herp, 35, of Butler had his case held to court. The state police on Jan. 7 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.

Nathan Andrew Fox, 23, of Wexford waived his case to court. The state police on Nov. 4 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Nathan David Leasher, 27, of Evans City waived his case to court. Evans City police on Dec. 26 charged him with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony Antonucci, 27, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Dec. 16 charged him with driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Kenneth John Kremer, 40, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Dec. 3 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Shane Patrick Miller, 23, of Prospect waived his case to court. The state police on July 25 charged him with burglary, conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

John Francis Boden, 58, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. The state police on Dec. 30 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Nicholas David Davis, 32, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Dec. 19 charged him with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Elwood Fugh III, 37, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Jan. 3 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.

Donna Leah Palone, 51, of Evans City waived her case to court. Evans City police on Dec. 30 charged her with driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence of alcohol.
