SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Jessica K. Anderson, 29, of Prospect waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Dec. 16 by state police.

Tyler Fusaro-Podobensky, 18, of Butler was held for court on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, filed Nov. 18 by state police.

Glynis R. Griffith, 51, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI and reckless driving, filed Jan. 6 by Middlesex Township police.

Robert J. Kalisek Jr., 27, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Dec. 30 by state police.

Aaron E. McAfoos, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Dec. 12 by state police.

Robert Mendicino III, 18, of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and DUI, filed Dec. 2 by Middlesex Township police.

Daniel C. Moretti, 33, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of theft, trespassing on agricultural property, driving without a license and driving with a suspended license, filed Dec. 10 by Buffalo Township police.

Samuel Reyes Planas, 22, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 6 by state police.

Stephanie N. Powers, 28, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Oct. 15 by state police.

Travis J. Thompson, no age given, of Butler was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed in a private complaint Jan. 6 by J&J Power Equipment of Cabot.

Joshua J. Wallis, 23, of Butler waived to court three counts of access device fraud and charges of identity theft, forgery, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 21 by Penn Township police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases filed by state police:Kyle R. Bonner, 21, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Nov. 12.Dwayne R. Canady, 21, of Erie waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 25.Carl R. Hilliard, 53, of Prospect waived to court charges of DUI, making an improper left turn and careless driving, filed Nov. 15.Deon E. McKoy, 21, of McClellandtown, Fayette County, waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 25.Xavier S. Pierce, 20, of Altoona, Blair County, waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 25.Geremy M. Schoentag, 34, of Chicora waived to court five counts of statutory sexual assault, 35 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and 59 counts each of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault, filed Nov. 4.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Tony R. Koegler, 18, of Karns City waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit burglary, filed Jan. 15.David F. Marchinoski, 30, of Karns City waived to court two counts of trespass and seven counts of theft, filed Jan. 21. Marchinoski in a separate case, filed Jan. 22, waived a charge of possessing a controlled substance.Trevor R. Raible, 27, of Fenelton waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft by deception, two counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, and six counts of conspiracy, filed Jan. 9.Kayleigh A. Senopole, 28, of Chicora waived to court charges of trespass, forgery, identity theft, receiving stolen property and two counts each of access device fraud and theft, filed in two cases Jan. 14.

District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Connie Dee Lauderbaugh, 50, of Ellwood City waived her case to court. Police on Dec. 30 charged her with retail theft.Sierra Lyn Summers, 18, of New Castle waived her case to court. Police on Nov. 13 charged her with giving false identification to police and retail theft.Kimberly Davidson, 45, of Rochester waived her case to court. Police on Jan. 7 charged her with theft by unlawful taking.Richard K. Facemire Jr., 53, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 18 charged him with retail theft and receiving stolen property.Joseph Lee Carter, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 13 charged him with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Frankie Jean Creese, 23, of Ellwood City waived her case to court. Police on Nov. 15 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.Jessica Amber Farland, 22, of Beaver Falls waived her case to court. Police on Jan. 5 charged her with retail theft.Carl Adam Duerring, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 6 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.Stephen Michael Streib, 63, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 22 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Deann Scherer, 47, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Police on Nov. 22 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Jonathan Michael Balint, 23, of Wexford waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Dec. 6 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Reece Hylton Pascoe, 19, of New Brighton waived her case to court. Zelienople police on Dec. 3 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
