John L. Mohan Jr., 30, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Jan. 1 by township police. Mohan was ordered to pay $441 in fines and court costs.
Brian K. Murdock, 42, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 24 by township police.
Elizabeth M. Schwartz, 21, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, driving at an unsafe speed, reckless driving and careless driving, filed Sept. 26 by township police.
Joshua J. Space, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 30 by state police.
Russell D. Stroup, 35, of Karns City pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing a controlled substance and charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 25 by township police. Stroup was ordered to pay $1,070 in fines and court costs.
William E. Swisher, 41, waived to court four counts of failing to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements, filed Dec. 12 by state police.
