District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Michael Loewel, 33, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 16 charged him with retail theft.

Alexander Boykov, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 11 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Robert J. Steiner, 47, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 15 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Laura Elizabeth Sabol, 19, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Police on Nov. 13 charged her with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jennifer Michell Aikens, 21, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Police on Nov. 8 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Shannon Dain Kast, 47, of Baden waived her case to court. Police on Sept. 18 charged her with access device fraud and receiving stolen property.

Brian D. Stadnik, 38, of Surf City, N.C., waived his case to court. Police on March 20 charged him with simple assault and harassment.

Levan C. Adkins, 25, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 21 charged him with harassment and criminal mischief.

Matthew V. Deiseroth, 41, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 9 charged him with retail theft.

Jesse Ryan Golde Kimmel, 24, of New Kensington waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 29 charged him with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Walter Breitenbach, 30, of Mount Oliver waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 4 charged him with retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy.

Amanda Lee Lollo, 21, of Rochester waived her case to court. Police on Oct. 11 charged her with retail theft.

Yvonne Denise Harris, 27, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Police on Nov. 5 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Robert Paul Burgard, 28, of Renfrew waived his case to court. Callery police on Nov. 14 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without valid inspection and driving with a suspended license.Lindsay Elizabeth Ankney, 20, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Evans City police on Aug. 26 charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia.Mark W. Zimmer, 47, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Dec. 13 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license.Alyssa Marie Herman, 23, of Evans City waived her case to court. The state police on Oct. 7 charged her with access device fraud, forgery and theft by unlawful taking.Christopher Relihan, 30, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Dec. 5 charged him with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Paul William Benson, 22, of Harmony waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Nov. 4 charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, fraud, giving false identification, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without a valid inspection.Scott E. Caughey, 40, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Zelienople police on Nov. 18 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Michael James Grey, 44, of Prospect waived his case to court. The state police on Nov. 8 charged him with receiving stolen property and conspiracy.Derek Seelbaugh, 20, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on July 29 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, purchasing alcohol as a minor, driving without insurance and driving without inspection.
