Morgan Ireland of Slippery Rock, who is a student at the Community College of Beaver County, is the recipient of the 2013-2014 James Regal Aviation Scholarship.
The annual scholarship is in memory of James Regal, a Slippery Rock High School, CCBC and Slippery Rock University graduate who was killed in a 2005 airplane crash.
