Richard J. Coward, 41, of Valencia waived to court charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 29 by Penn Township police.
David W. Eberhart, 22, of Harmony waived to court charges of hit-and-run, reckless driving and three counts of reckless endangerment, filed Dec. 2 by Penn Township police.
Shelley L. Gaggini, 47, of Sarver was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, a lighting violation and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed Nov. 12 by Buffalo Township police.
Timothy Gifford, 45, of Sarver waived to court two counts each of simple assault and harassment and a charge of terroristic threats, filed Dec. 11 by Buffalo Township police.
Carl D. Godlewski, 67, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, filed Oct. 25 by Penn Township police.
James A. Juran, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and making an improper stop, filed Sept. 20 by state police.
Sharon A. Kaufman, 23, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 29 by Penn Township police.
Clair J. Kennedy, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Nov. 2 by state police.
Jarrett C. Smith, 60, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI and a lighting violation, filed Oct. 21 by Middlesex Township police.
David A. Symer, 48, of Sarver waived to a court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 13 by state police. Symer, in a separate case filed Nov. 15 by state police, waived charges of stalking and loitering and prowling at night.
George L. Treich, 56, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, simple assault and harassment, filed July 29 by state police.
Daniel Wikert, 21, of Sarver pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, driving without a license, careless driving and not wearing proper hear gear on a motorcycle, filed Oct. 21 by Middlesex Township police. Wikert was ordered to pay $345.50 in fines and court costs.

Alicea, 47, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving, filed Oct. 21.Kayla N. Dietz, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Nov. 5. Dietz was ordered to pay $459 in fines and court costs.Warren J. Green, 28, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 21. Green was ordered to pay $459 in fines and court costs.Cody R.
