SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:

Larry A. Armagost, 25, of New Castle waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 11 by state police.

James E. Brandt, 36, of Portersville waived to court charges of theft and retail theft, filed Nov. 22 by state police.

Cameron N. Bichler, no age given, of Glenshaw, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance, filed Nov. 4 by state police.

Kyle R. Bonner, 21, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived to court charges of false identification to police, underage drinking, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 5 by state police.

Shawn P. Freeman, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license and without registration, driving without insurance and without valid inspection unauthorized use of registration and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Oct. 6.

Michael J. Gallagher, 29, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of disorderly conduct, harassment, and public drunkenness, filed Aug. 5 by state police.

Austin T. Hogsett, 21, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and failing to immediately notify police of an accident, filed Aug. 17 by state police.

Cory E.A. Hawke, 25, of Harrisville waived to court charges of DUI, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, making an improper turn, not using turn signals and careless driving, filed Sept. 29 by state police.

Shawn E. Kellogg, 20, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Oct. 28 by state police.

Eric Yox-McDonough, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 15 by Slippery Rock University police.

Zachary Ponce, 20, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 12 by SRU police.

Chad T. Williams, 19, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, driving without headlights on and not using turn signals, filed Sept. 5 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Joseph James Giammatteo Dingfelder, 19, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, underage drinking, a lane violation, careless driving and trespass by vehicle, filed Sept. 26.Jeffery Lee Domhoff, 48, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and reckless driving, filed March 16.Joshua A. Etzel, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, a lane violation and careless driving, filed Aug. 4.Christopher M. Rusch, 29, of Chicora waived to court charges of deceptive or fraudulent business practices, theft by deception, theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received, failing to pay required taxes to the state, failing to file required vehicle sales documents, demonstrating unprofessional conduct in the sale of vehicles, and conduct constituting grounds for disciplinary proceedings, filed Nov. 27.
