Carl E. Claypoole, 40, of Butler was held for court on charges of criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Oct. 21 by township police.
Stephen A. Haley, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, hit-and-run, failing to stop and render aid after an accident, driving at an unsafe speed, reckless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Sept. 16 by township police.
Gregory Norman, 32, of Lyndora waived to court charges of simple assault, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and harassment, filed June 24 by township police.
Taylor W. Norris, 21, of Butler was held for court on charges of criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Oct. 9 by township police.
Matthew C. Robinson, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disorderly conduct, driving on the wrong side of the road, a lane violation, not using turn signals, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Oct. 9 by state police.
Jennifer S. Salusky, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Aug. 20 by township police.
Tabitha E. Saye, 28, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with suspended registration, driving without insurance and driving without valid inspection, filed June 25 by township police. Saye was ordered to pay $955.50 in fines and court costs.
Joshua J. Wallis, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and not using turn signals, filed Oct. 1 by township police.
Thomas K. Smith II, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, public drunkenness and harassment, filed Oct. 21 by township police.
Jacqueline M. Spiece, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and not using turn signals, filed Aug. 12 by township police.
Stephanie Whitling, 29, of Lyndora waived to court charges of simple assault, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, possessing a small amount of marijuana, and harassment, filed June 24 by township police.
Bradley M. Zurzolo, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of theft from a vehicle and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 21 by township police.
