BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases. Unless otherwise noted, all cases were filed by Butler Township police:

Jason M. Beattie, 25, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 23.

Amanda M. Doyle, 24, of Washington, Pa., pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 16. Doyle was ordered to pay $259 in fines and court costs.

Jessica L. Holley, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, receiving stolen property and possessing instruments of crime, filed Oct. 28.

Gregory T. Johnson Sr., 37, of Niles, Ohio, waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 23.

Michael J. Kobert, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Sept. 30.

Deborah K. Krivak, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, possessing instruments of crime, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 28.

Heather Ann Kuhrt, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 4 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Megan N. Maksin, 21, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, filed Sept. 9.

Richard A. Stepp Jr., 33, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and possessing a controlled substance, filed Oct. 28.

Jennifer Vandervort, 32, of Dayton, Armstrong County, waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Sept. 23.

Heather A. Wagner, 33, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 8. Wagner was ordered to pay $770 in fines and court costs.

Travis B. Wingert, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of reckless endangerment and harassment, filed Aug. 14.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Michele E. Boofer, 33, of Petrolia waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 12.Sally M. Dillaman, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Sept. 5.Beverly J. Kerry, 55, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Sept. 9.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:Brooke Ann Carlson, 20, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Aug. 24 by state police.Matthew W. Frances, 21, of Moon Township, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, possessing drug paraphernalia and careless driving, filed Sept. 5 by state police.Cory J. McFadden, 35, of Harrisville waived to court charges of trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 17 by Harrisville police. McFadden, in a separate case filed Aug. 3 by Harrisville police, waived charges of theft, receiving stolen property and defiant trespass.Eric J. Turner waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, careless driving and a lighting violation, filed Sept. 1 by Slippery Rock police.Gavin D. Wiefling, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed June 10 by state police.Jerrit A. Young, 21, of Verona, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 26 by Slippery Rock University police.
