BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Courtney L. Anthony, 38, of Lyndora was held for court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 26 by township police.

William J. Bergbigler, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of carrying a gun without a permit, speeding, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving a vehicle without inspection, Filed Aug. 28 by township police.

Erik R. Edman, 43, of Joliet, Ill., waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Aug. 28 by state police.

Judy L. Kradel, 56, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, a flashing red light violation, careless driving, an open container violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 28 by township police.

Wayne A. Krauchak, 58, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, filed June 25 by township police.

Robert J. Finley, 41, of West Mifflin, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless endangerment, being a habitual offender for driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, reckless driving, careless driving, five counts each of running a stop sign and not stopping at a red light, three counts of disregarding a flashing red light, two counts of disregarding a caution signal, and having an open container of alcohol, filed Aug. 5 by township police.

Thomas R. Leax, 30, of Grove City waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and an open container violation, filed Aug. 7 by township police.

Wendi D. Madden, 43, of Grove City waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving an a flashing red light violation, filed Aug. 26 by township police.

Mark L. McKean, 41, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 25 by township police. McKean was ordered to pay $787.50 in fines and court costs.

Heath M. Morgano, 33, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Sept. 4 by township police.

Victoria L. Neumeyer, 22, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 20 by township police. Neumeyer was ordered to pay $459 in fines and court costs.

Norman C. Sutton Sr., 51, of Parker waived to court charges of DUI, an open container violation, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving a vehicle without inspection, filed Aug. 9 by township police.

Adam R. Took, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of inhaling solvents, filed Sept. 18 by township police. Took was ordered to pay $470.50 in fines and court costs.

Andrew J. Wick, 20, of Lyndora waived to court charges of escape, fleeing and attempting to elude police, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, underage drinking and public drunkenness, filed Oct. 15 by township police.

Chad A. Zinkhann, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Sept. 11 by township police.

Elizabeth H. Arblaster, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, driving on roadway laned for traffic, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 16 by Butler state police.

Lanny F. Abel, 65, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, filed Sept. 16 by township police.

Joshua K. Keys, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 4 by township police.

Lucas J. McMaster, 27, of Butler waived to court charged of robbery-bodily injury, retail theft, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 30 by township police.

Timothy J. Kovocovsky, 47, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft filed Aug. 21 by township police.

Kovocovsky also waived to court charges of retail theft and unlawful possession of retail theft instruments, filed Oct. 14 by township police.

Rebecca Ann Kasarda, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and failure to drive on the right side of roadway, filed March 18 by township police.

Neil C. McGonigle, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and failure to give information and render aid, filed Aug. 9 by township police.

Brent D. Grenci, 34, of Butler pleaded guilty to two courts of inhaling toxic substances, possession of certain solvents and theft. Fines, costs and restitution was set at $1,175, on charges filed Sept. 3 by township police.

Adam C. Beck, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay a fine and cost totaling $312, on a charge filed July 1 by township police.

Adam W. Mutz, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment. He was ordered to pay a fine and cost totaling $341, on a charge filed March 30 by township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Ronnie D. Luchkiw, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of defiant trespass, harassment, criminal mischief and driving without insurance, filed Aug. 6.Malinda S. Metheney, 26, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 1.
