SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Luanne Danner, 52, of Cabot waived to court charges of Medicaid fraud, filed Sept. 11 by the state attorney general's office.
Brandon L. Fusaro-Podobensky, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, underage drinking, driving with an expired inspection and expired registration, filed Sept. 3 by Middlesex Township police.
Cody C. Hodak, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, filed Aug. 14 by Penn Township police.
Jeremy J. Jankowski, 24, of Apollo, Armstrong County, waived to court two counts each of delivering a controlled substance and possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and one count each of criminal use of a communication facility and possessing a controlled substance, filed March 12 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.
Ronald P. Kappy, 43, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Aug. 3 by Middlesex Township police.
Sabrina M. Oleath, 29, of Butler waived to court two counts each of forgery, identity theft and access device fraud, and nine counts each of theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 14 by Penn Township police.
Samantha J. Richardson, 26, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of bad checks, filed Aug. 23 by Buffalo Township police.
Jonathan Lee Smith, 26, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Aug. 29 by state police.
Daniel Sweeney Jr., 28, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Sept. 4 by state police.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Kayla T. Barry, 24, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of terroristic threats, possessing drug paraphernalia and two counts each of simple assault, and harassment, filed Sept. 19.Robert M. Codispot, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 14.Randy R. Guthrie, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to making a false statement to authorities, filed Dec. 12. Guthrie was ordered to pay $570.50 in fines and court costs.Zacharri W. Renick, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, illegally possessing a firearm and theft by deception, filed Aug. 30.

Police on July 29 charged him with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, reckless driving, theft from a motor vehicle and loitering.Matthew Antone Fettis, 27, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 30 charged him with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and public drunkenness.Michael Edward Page, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on July 30 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving and reckless driving.Sarah Godin Baker, 29, of Butler waived her case to court.
