Renee M. Burnworth, 34, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of access device fraud, conspiracy to commit access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 19 by township police.
Jason S. Beckwith, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit identity theft, five counts of theft by deception, four counts of conspiracy to commit theft by deception, and a lone count of receiving stolen property, filed July 31 by township police.
Jody M. Blystone Jr., 21, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and retail theft, filed July 29 by township police.
James P. Doctor, 49, of Lyndora waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed July 26 by township police.
Ridge D. Gill, 58, of Lake Panasoffke, Fla., pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 29 by township police. Gill was ordered to pay $459 in fines and court costs.
Steven T. James, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving the wrong way on a one-way road, filed July 23 by state police.
Thomas A. Jobe, 49, of New Galilee, Beaver County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Aug. 13 by township police.
David R. Maser, 25, of State College, Centre County, waived to court charges of DUI, making an improper turn, a lane violation and failing to notify authorities of a change of address, filed Aug. 12 by state police.
Samantha A. Maseroni, 24, of Butler waived to court a charge of felony retail theft, filed Aug. 17 by township police.
Deloris M. Miller, 66, of Ford City, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 30 by township police.
James M. O'Connor, 51, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed July 23 by township police.
Lee E. Oviatt, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery and theft, filed Aug. 23 by township police.
Michael T. Savage, 20, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 29 by township police. Savage was ordered to pay $520.50 in fines and court costs.
David A. Slater, 63, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed April 11 by township police. Slater was ordered to pay $2,883.49 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Amanda Jo Sortore, 30, of Butler waived to court three counts of identity theft, conspiracy to commit identity theft, six counts of theft by deception, four counts of conspiracy to commit theft by deception, and one count each of attempted theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed July 31 by township police.
Douglas J. Wetzel, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 26 by township police. Wetzel was ordered to pay $740.50 in fines and court costs.
