SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Stephen M. Allen, 36, of Pittsburgh waived to court 18 counts each of access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 27 by Buffalo Township police.

Kevin C. Broskey, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 14 by Middlesex Township police.

Broskey, in an unrelated case filed May 28 by the Butler County Drug Task Force, waived charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Christian W. Eshenbaugh, 22, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of hindering apprehension, false swearing to mislead a public servant, unsworn falsification to authorities, making false reports to police and tampering with evidence, filed July 10 by Middlesex Township police.

Kevin Mahan, 52, of Valencia waived to court charges of indent exposure and harassment, filed Aug. 7 by Middlesex Township police.

Devan F. McDaniels, 19, of Butler was held for court on charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance, filed Aug. 29 by state police.

Harrison Shaw Jr., 62, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a stop sign violation, filed Aug. 13 by Middlesex Township police.

Christine Wroblewski, 38, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of criminal mischief and harassment, filed July 22 by state police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases filed by state police:Randall B. Boyles III, 23, of Chester, Pa., waived to court charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, filed July 9 by Slippery Rock police.Breann M. Christy, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, careless driving and following too closely to another vehicle, filed May 14 by state police.Cameron R. Harp, 21, of Fenelton waived to court charges of reckless endangerment and simple assault, filed April 14 by state police.Henry W. Jance, 26, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived to court charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Aug. 16 by state police.Michael P. Kumpfmiller, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving an all-terrain vehicle on a highway, carelessly driving an ATV and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed May 16 by state police.Zach N. Manyak, 18, of Bolton, Mass., waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed July 18 by Slippery Rock University police.Paul M. McConnell, 25, of Portersville waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance, filed May 6 by state police.Timothy J. McConville, 21, of Auburn, Mass., waived to court charges of tampering with fire apparatus, furnishing alcohol to minors, and possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed July 18 by SRU police.Travis R. Morris, 29, of New Castle waived to court a charge of possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed April 9 by state police.James T. O'Rourke Jr., 43, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed June 14 by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission.Noel D. Previty, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 8 by state police.Jennifer M. Spencer, 36, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed April 27 by state police.Christopher S. Walker, 22, of Prospect waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 10 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:John D. Locke, 52, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 6.Stephanie M. Schroeder, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed July 31.Shaun D. Sheakley, 34, of Karns City pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception, filed July 19. Sheakley was ordered to pay $227 in fines and court costs.
