Catherine Baker

Catherine Baker of Butler celebrated her 80th birthday with a family dinner.

The former Catherine Cray was born Aug. 23, 1933, in New Castle.

She married Paul “Jay” Baker on Aug. 28, 1954, at St. Mary Church in New Castle.

She has two children, Cathy Baker of Butler and John Baker of Butler. She has two grandchildren.

Mrs. Baker retired from the Bell Telephone Co. in New Castle.

She is a member of St. Andrews Roman Catholic Church and a member of American Legion Auxiliary Post 117.
