Jordan Luntz, who will be a sophomore at Knoch High School, won first place in public speaking I at the Future Business Leaders of America National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, Calif. Earlier this year, Jordan placed first in the regional and state competitions.

Kallie Simpson, a 2013 Knoch graduate, also competed at the national conference in accounting II.

For the past six years, Knoch High School students have competed in various events at the national competition.

Recently, Mason Sullivan, a student of Center Township Elementary School, had the honor of attending the National Young Leaders State Conference in Harrisburg.

During the program, each student participated in a personalized assessment of their leadership skills and abilities.

Students also built a “tool kit” of strategies to influence positively their role as community leaders.

He is the son of Chris and Jodi Sullivan of Center Township.
