CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:
Mark. E. Boyle, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and failing to keep right, filed July 26 by state police.
Shane A. Everetts, 20, of North Washington pleaded guilty to charges of false reports to police and driving without a license, filed July 11 by state police. Everetts was ordered to pay $587 in fines and court costs.
Brian M. Lownds, 29, of Emlenton, Venango County, was held for court on charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, speeding, careless driving and making an improper turn, filed June 26 by state police.
Christopher L. Matthews, 31, of Petrolia waived to court a charge of simple assault and two counts of harassment, filed June 25 by state police.
Roy D. McAfee, 67, of Butler waived to court a charge of refusing to keep records required by law, filed April 10 by the Pennsylvania Attorney General Office.
Steven D. Pintell, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed July 26 by state police.
Nathan C. Watterson, 30, of Hilliards waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, driving without a license, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed July 2 by state police.
Lacey L. Winchester, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 31 by state police.
